I love to photograph in the mid-century modern suites at the Valley Ho Hotel in downtown Scottsdale.

Here is one of my favorite sessions.   Sometimes a more controlled environment is ideal for capturing multiple kiddos together.

Brothers and sisters. The sweetness, the silly, the laughter. The absolute joy. I live for this.

Finding the light at the Botanical Gardens

Continuing to love the light at the botanical gardens, at the pond where these gorgeous reeds grow tall and green and the early morning sun hits my subjects just so....with an ethereal glow. Finding this light, and how it wraps itself around people, it is magical and inspired my photography. Now I hope to find a couple hours free in my schedule this weekend to get my girls down there in their fairy costumes.

Fairies at Princess Resort

The right setting, right light, and right attire - all come together to make the images and tell a story. On this particularly wet and overcast morning in August, these three little lovelies photographed beautifully down by the lagoon of the Princess Resort. The lily pads in the stream were particularly enchanting, these girls completely willing to sit still and be captured ;)

1 Year Portraits Home Session

Sometimes a tutu and a string of pearls is all that's needed for a 1 year birthday session at home. Hardwood floors are so perfect for pics, and grey walls a fantastic neutral tone. For these images, we never left the dining/living area.  This little lady so enchantingly beautiful with her soulful eyes.
